I want you to sit and think about what it would be like to become the image in your imagination–the image of your ideal self. Close your eyes, and imagine what that ideal self looks like.. If it’s not a person, think about how you could personify those ideas, and make them into a human form. Can you imagine swapping the gender? I take pride in painting my face. As each layer is put down, Lithia comes to life more. With every step, I can see her more, and recognize Nate less. As the transformation is complete, the dialect changes, Lithia takes over, and the image in my imagination becomes a reality. Lithia Morose is a sex metal barbie, and in this project she came to life and had her own story to tell. Visually, she set out to change what her existing image is, further expanding herself and making herself more versatile as a performer and queen. Lithia took the time to detail what she was thinking during this transformation, and what this process meant to her.
Step 1 – Glue down those brows, but keep some of the original boy brow. There’s something to be said about the way Nate keeps his brows nicely groomed. The only thing is that arch needs to be higher.
Step 2 – Let’s cover that dark color and prep it to be covered, this way I can have more fun with my makeup and play with the real estate of my eyes.
Step 3 – Brows covered honey! These brows are gonna be snatched tonight, okurr!
Step 4 – Gurl, that contour is on point tonight! Gonna be serving fish with this face. Clock the mug, gonna be severe up in here.
Step 5 – Ooh gurl, you’re getting awfully close to entering Magnolia territory with that pinched nose gurl, but that contour is still on point!
Step 6 – Those eye brows are snatched, giving you Amy Lee realness, am I right?
Step 7 – Yes gawd! Serving up Annie Lennox “Why” realness. Those double wings could kill a man!
Step 8 – Got that glitter on lock and lashes stacked for couture. C’mon’ 301s!
Step 9 – Yasss! That lipstick, that hair, and that outfit, your pussy is on fire tonight gurl. This look is giving me life! I’m gonna slay the house down tonight!
Step 10 – The transformation is complete. The sex metal barbie has come to life, serving you spook, sex, and seduction.
